When we will say no

Pregnant or breastfeeding — no injectables, no exceptions.
An event inside seven days. Swelling does not read invitations.
Active cold sore, infection or broken skin in the area.
If what you are asking for would not look like you any more.
Under 21 for filler, barring a medical reason.

Questions

Asked often, answered properly.

Will it be obvious?

Not if we do it right. The brief we work to is that a friend says you look well, not that they can name what you had done. If you want a look that reads as done, we are probably not the clinic — and we will say so at the consultation rather than after your deposit.

How much does it hurt?

Wrinkle relaxer is a few seconds of stinging. Filler is more — we use numbing cream and the product itself contains anaesthetic. Lips are the sorest and most people rate them a four or five out of ten for about ninety seconds.

What if I do not like it?

Hyaluronic filler is dissolvable and we keep hyaluronidase on site. Wrinkle relaxer is not reversible, but it wears off — that is why we underdose a first appointment and top up at two weeks rather than the other way round.

Is the two-week review extra?

No. Every injectable appointment includes a review at ten to fourteen days, and any adjustment within that window is included in what you already paid.

Do you do payment plans?

No. We think financing a cosmetic treatment is how people end up with more of it than they wanted. If the price is not comfortable this month, the treatment will still be here next month.

Can I bring my own product?

No. We only inject product we sourced ourselves through licensed Canadian distribution, with the lot number recorded on your chart. This is not negotiable and any clinic that says yes is one to walk out of.
